Catholic Charities is an incorporated organization whose sole member is the Archbishop of Toronto. The Archbishop delegates the operation of the organization to an Advisory Board. To facilitate the provision of health and social services in the Archdiocese, the Board of Catholic Charities has established community agency membership. Rose of Durham is a registered Catholic Charity.

ShareLife agencies represent a diverse family of services reaching out to serve those struggling in our community. All of our agencies have an open intake policy of helping all those in need regardless of religious affiliation. Remember, 91 cents of every dollar raised goes directly to our agencies Rose of Durham's largest funder is ShareLife through Catholic Charities.

Ontario Early Years Centres are places where parents and caregivers can:
- Take part with their children in a range of programs and activities
- Get answers to questions
- Get information about programs and services that are available for young children
- Talk to early years professionals, as well as other parents and caregivers in the community
